These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Cafe Assistant, a B2B SaaS service provided by Verdado for cafe and hospitality business management. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Cafe Assistant is a B2B SaaS platform for cafe and hospitality business management. The service may include tools for employee shift scheduling, loyalty cards, business locations, team access, and related operational features.
Cafe Assistant may also be accessible through mobile applications on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Those mobile applications are used to access the service, but subscription payments are not processed inside the mobile applications. Subscription checkout is handled through Paddle-hosted checkout.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
The business owner or primary account holder may invite employees, managers, or other team members to access the service. The account holder is responsible for managing permissions, team access, and authorized use within their organization.
Cafe Assistant is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing and plan information are published at the pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as payment provider and Merchant of Record for applicable transactions. Paddle may handle checkout, payment processing, invoicing, taxes, refunds, and related billing support.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. After cancellation, access to the paid service remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement or plan.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
Verdado and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in Cafe Assistant, including the software, branding, content, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any underlying intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verdado shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may also update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the service after such changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
