Cafe Assistant is a digital B2B SaaS subscription product for cafe and hospitality businesses. No physical goods are sold.

Cancellation

Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are not generally provided for partial subscription periods already billed, but may be considered in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical issues that prevent access to the service.

Refunds are handled through Paddle where applicable.
